Just got word that my collection of short stories, DRAGONFLIES AND THE GREAT BLUE HERON has been published by Next Chapter Publishers. Hallelujah!

It’s the first of a two-book series called Encounters With Life scheduled for publication this spring. The goal of these stories is to remind us that life’s greatest treasures are often found in simple encounters and everyday life.

To that end, this collection celebrates the humor, heart, and humanity that connect us all. From rib-tickling misadventures to reflections on personal growth, some tales will make you laugh out loud while others will stir your emotions, and a few will carry you through experiences that prove life can turn in a single moment.

Book Two in the series is called MIRACLES and MISADVENTURES. It’s already in the works. Next Chapters’ gifted designers are creating the cover, and the manuscript is in the early stages of editing. We’ll be sure and let you know as soon we have a cover to share.
